Within the scope of Public Law, the office also works with the branch of Administrative Law, especially in the monitoring and preparation of defenses and administrative appeals in Tender Processes, as well as in the monitoring and defense of individuals and legal entities that have a contract signed with the Public administration. The filing of legal actions is also contemplated, such as Writs of Mandamus, Collection Actions, Execution of Judicial and Extrajudicial Titles, among other related demands.
